WizIconizer is a free Android app which lets you change the Samsung TouchWiz Launcher Icon using other launcher icon packs (Nova, Apex, Go, etc. ). The app will only work with Android 4.1.2 or above. The app need root permission to set the icon packs so it won't work in nonrooted devices. Currently WizIconizer is in beta stage expect more features on the upcoming versions....
